Luneia Focus · free Pomodoro timer & focus sounds
A free Pomodoro timer with steady focus sounds.
Sessions on YouTube from 25/5 to 90/15, a timer in your browser and short guides for studying, reading and deep work. There is no music and no sign-up.
The basics
What is a Pomodoro timer?
A Pomodoro timer splits your work into focused blocks with short breaks in between. It follows the Pomodoro Technique, created by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s and named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer he used as a student: pomodoro is Italian for tomato.
The classic version is 25 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of rest, with a longer break after four blocks. Luneia gives you a free Pomodoro timer with steady focus sounds, and long sessions that already include the timer.
